Yoga Therapy is an art that entreats you to be in tune with yourself, your relationships, and the world around you.
This intimate online yoga therapy space is designed for you to explore your body and mind in a safe way in your own time.  But more importantly, in YOUR way.

I know how challenging it can be to stay motivated to practice by yourself and that you may have limited time. These offerings allow you to practice in your own time wherever you are, and slowly build a daily yoga ritual that's perfect for you.

Each online offering will guarantee nurturing, and invite you to build your inner awareness and spiritual awakening in this time of great change.

My teachings are trauma aware. This offers you a safe and sensitive
embodied space to learn self-regulation and build a sustainable resilience for life.
The more you practice the more you can recognize and remedy your own imbalances.  Attending to the three pillars of physiological health; stress, sleep, and energy helps pull your body out of the emergency response mode and supports the healing process.

Kendra offers evidence informed yoga therapy practices reflecting her certification in Mindful Yoga Therapy, Trauma Aware Yoga, Mindfulness and iRest Meditation.
